RESOLUTION NO. 2014-021
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM WATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) FOR LA PORTE ROAD
PUMPING STATION AND FORCE MAIN AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PLAN BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) dated
January 13, 2014, for the La Porte Road Pumping Station and Force
Main as required by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2014.
