RESOLUTION NO. 2014-041
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT MODIFICATION
NO. 2 WITH KWS, INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT
MODIFICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Contract Modification No. 2 dated January 21, 2014, in the
amount of $3,400.00, in conjunction with the Fiber Optic
Connection: City Network to SportsPlex Building, by and between
KWS, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of January, 2014.
