RESOLUTION NO. 2014-052
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CLARK LIND TO
HOLD RUN OR DYE "THE WORLD'S MOST COLORFUL 5K"
EVENT ON JULY 12, 2014.
WHEREAS, Clark Lind has requested to be allowed to hold Run
or Dye "The World's Most Colorful 5K" event on July 12, 2014,
together with the approval of the Director of Safety Services,
and
WHEREAS, said event will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00
p.m., with the route to start and end at the National Cattle
Congress Grounds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Clark Lind to hold Run or Dye
"The World's Most Colorful 5K" event on July 12, 2014 from 7:00
a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the route to start and end at the
National Cattle Congress Grounds, be and the same is hereby
approved.
