RESOLUTION NO. 2014-055
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo City Council Chambers Renovation,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Waterloo City
Council Chambers Renovation, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2014-031 on January 13, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
January 27, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Waterloo
City Council Chambers Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2014.
