RESOLUTION NO. 2014-058
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BAR
LEE FARMS, LTD. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated January 27, 2014, at a cost of
$200.00 per acre for a total yearly amount of $670.00, to farm
approximately 3.35 acres of city -owned land generally located at
the northwest corner of West Shaulis Road and Ansborough Avenue,
for one year beginning March 1, 2014, by and between Bar Lee
Farms, Ltd. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
