RESOLUTION NO. 2014-059
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ROUSSELOW BROS. FARMS, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated January 27, 2014, at a cost of
$161.29 per acre for a total yearly amount of $5,000.00, to farm
approximately 31 acres of city -owned land generally located near
the northwest corner of Martin Road and West Ridgeway Avenue, for
one year beginning March 1, 2014, by and between Rousselow Bros.
Farms, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2014.
