RESOLUTION NO. 2014-062
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
MICHAEL COOK OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated January 27, 2014, at a cost of
$90.00 per acre for a total yearly amount of $1,800.00, to farm
approximately 19 acres of city -owned land generally located near
the east of WCF&N Drive, south of Airline Highway, for one year
beginning March 1, 2014, by and between Michael Cook of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2014.
