RESOLUTION NO. 2014-543
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WILLARD FROST OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated July 23, 2014, to farm
approximately 17.4 acres of City -owned land generally located
around the Northeast Industrial Park Plat, at a cost of $92.00
per acre for a total of $1,600.80 per year, by and between
Willard Frost of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2014.
