RESOLUTION NO. 2014-458
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Project Agreement dated June 9, 2014, in an amount not
to exceed $49,700.00, for design, bidding and inspection services
for Acquisition of Snow Removal Equipment for the Waterloo
Regional Airport, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 2014.
