RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE REPLACEMENT OF BI -FOLD DOOR ON HANGAR #2
AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO AS JULY 7, 2014, AT 5:30 P.M. AT
THE HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY
HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in City Hall
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of
July, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Replacement of Bi -Fold Door on Hangar #2 at
the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, with the
taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 2014.
