RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF TAX
INCREMENT FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE
MIDPORT TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of MidPort Tax Increment Financing funds for the
development of property generally located as a portion of South
Port Second Addition, in an amount not to exceed $85,000.00, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2014.
