RESOLUTION NO. 2014-474
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF TAX
INCREMENT FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE
MIDPORT TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of MidPort Tax Increment Financing funds for grant
writing services for 2 state RISE grants for the construction of
segments of Geraldine Road (Phase III) and MidPort Boulevard
(Phase II), in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00, be and the same
is hereby approved.
