RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF TAX
INCREMENT FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE
DOWNTOWN URBAN RENEWAL AREA TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Downtown Urban Renewal Area Tax Increment
Financing funds for the year ended June 30, 2014 for the contract
with Main Street, in the amount of $40,000.00, be and the same is
hereby approved.
