RESOLUTION NO. 2014-484
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PUBLIC
WORKS SALT STORAGE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Public Works Salt
Storage Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the Public Works Salt Storage
Facility, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2014-418 on May 27, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 16,
2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Public
Works Salt Storage Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2014.
