RESOLUTION NO. 2014-489
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH HAYING AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-488, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Haying at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on June 16, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said haying
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2014.
