RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CITY
ATTORNEY JAMES E. WALSH, JR. AND CLARK,
BUTLER, WALSH & HAMMAN AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 16, 2014, for legal services with
James E. Walsh, Jr. and Clark, Butler, Walsh & Hamman at the
rates of $1,750.00 per month retainer, $130.00 per hour for
attorneys and $70.00 per hour for paralegal services, by and
between James E. Walsh, Jr. and Clark, Butler, Walsh & Hamman of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day
