RESOLUTION NO. 2014-506
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH CBE COMPANIES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated June 16, 2014, to
allow the use of City right-of-way for a communication system, by
and between CBE Companies, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2014.
