RESOLUTION NO. 2014-529
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FYE15 POLICE VEHICLE
EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-528, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with FYE15
Police Vehicle Equipment Purchase and Installation, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on June 23, 2014 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.
