RESOLUTION NO. 2014-535
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO U.S. CELLULAR IN CONJUNCTION WITH
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of U.S. Cellular in conjunction with Wireless
Communication Services for a two-year contract described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
services with Resolution No. 2014-447, after public hearing on
June 9, 2014 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.
