RESOLUTION NO. 2014-537
RESOLUTION APPROVING ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Animal Control Services Agreement dated June 23, 2014,
for the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, by and between
the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.

RESOLUTION NO. 2014-538
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRAFFIC OPERATIONS
DEPARTMENT TO INSTALL TEMPORARY NO PARKING
HERE TO DRIVE SIGNS IN THE 400 BLOCKS OF
CALIFORNIA STREET AND WYOMING STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of the Traffic Operations Department to install
temporary no parking here to drive signs in the 400 block of
California Street and Wyoming Street due to the Lafayette Street
closure for reconstruction, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Traffic Operations Department authorized to install same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.
