RESOLUTION NO. 2014-541
RESOLUTION APPROVING AUTOMOBILE LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH C & S CAR COMPANY HYUNDAI
MAZDA SUBARU AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Automobile Lease Agreement dated June 23, 2014, to
provide a 2014 Subaru Outback to be utilized by the Waterloo
Police Department Life Skills Program, at no cost to the City,
for the period June 24, 2014 to December 23, 2014, by and between
C & S Car Company Hyundai Mazda Subaru of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.
