RESOLUTION NO. 2014-542 RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF JOHAN AND KELLY CARL, 444 REBER AVENUE, TO APPEAL THE CITY CODE, SECTION 7-1-4 (G) CURB CUTS, TO ALLOW FOR A 37'5" DRIVEWAY APPROACH WHICH IS 13'5" MORE THAN THE 24' MAXIMUM ALLOWED FOR A TWO -STALL GARAGE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: WHEREAS, Johan and Kelly Carl, 444 Reber Avenue, have made written application to the City Council appealing City Code, Section 7-1-4 (G) Curb Cuts, to allow for a 37'5" driveway approach which is 13'5" more than the 24' maximum allowed for a two -stall garage, and legally described as follows: The West one-half of Lots 1, 2 & 3 except the East 9 inches of the South 94 feet thereof, in Peverill's Addition to the City of Waterloo, Iowa. WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the request of Johan and Kelly Carl, 444 Reber Avenue, appealing City Code, Section 7-1-4 (G) Curb Cuts, to allow for a 375" driveway approach which is 1315" more than the 24' maximum allowed for a two -stall garage, be and the same is hereby approved.
