RESOLUTION NO. 2014-551
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO PUBLIC LIBRARY RESTROOM
RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Public Library Restroom Renovation,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate
of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Public Library
Restroom Renovation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Waterloo Public Library Restroom Renovation, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.
