RESOLUTION NO. 2014-553
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SNOW
REMOVAL EQUIPMENT AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of Snow
Removal Equipment at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of Snow Removal Equipment at the
Waterloo Regional Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Snow Removal Equipment at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2014.
