RESOLUTION NO. 2014-154
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
ACCELERATED REHABILITATION CENTERS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 3, 2014, for complimentary injury
screens, musculoskeletal assessments, FMS, specialty programs,
question/answer sessions, and presentations for the staff,
clients and for community events as mutually agreed upon between
ARC and Cedar Valley SportsPlex, at a cost of $200.00 per month,
by and between Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 2014.
