RESOLUTION NO. 2014-165
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH PHASE I - CIP
PIPE LINING SERVICE AREAS NO. 15 AND NO. 16,
CONTRACT NO. 866.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., for Phase I - CIP Pipe Lining Service
Areas No. 15 and No. 16, Contract No. 866, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for Phase I - CIP Pipe Lining Service Areas No.
15 and No. 16, Contract No. 866, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2014-109 on February 10, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 10,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for Phase I - CIP Pipe Lining Service Areas No.
15 and No. 16, Contract No. 866, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 2014.
