RESOLUTION NO. 2014-184
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2014
BLOWERS CREEK STORM WATER LIFT STATION AND
DRY RUN CREEK IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 842.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2014 Blowers Creek Storm
Water Lift Station and Dry Run Creek Improvements, Contract No.
842, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2014 Blowers Creek Storm Water Lift
Station and Dry Run Creek Improvements, Contract No. 842, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2014-107 on
February 10, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 17,
2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2014 Blowers Creek Storm Water Lift Station and Dry Run Creek
Improvements, Contract No. 842, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2014.
