RESOLUTION NO. 2014-185
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2014 BLOWERS CREEK STORM WATER
LIFT STATION AND DRY RUN CREEK IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 842.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-184, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2014 Blowers
Creek Storm Water Lift Station and Dry Run Creek Improvements,
Contract No. 842, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
March 17, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2014.
