RESOLUTION NO. 2014-201
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED
AT 801-805 COMMERCIAL STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning & Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with
Asbestos Abatement Services for properties located at 801-805
Commercial Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning & Development Director did
file said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with Asbestos Abatement Services for
properties located at 801-805 Commercial Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with Asbestos
Abatement Services for properties located at 801-805 Commercial
Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of March, 2014.
