RESOLUTION NO. 2014-328
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
JANET KENDALL-POST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 5, 2014, in the amount of
$1.00 for a term ending December 31, 2024, for property located
on Riverside Drive just west of 903 Riverside Drive, by and
between Janet Kendall -Post of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2014.
