RESOLUTION NO. 2014-330
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
GEORGE A. RYAN AND LORETTA R. RYAN AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 5, 2014, in the amount of
$1.00 for a term ending December 31, 2024, for property located
on Riverside Drive just east of 727 Riverside Drive, by and
between George A. Ryan and Loretta R. Ryan of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
