RESOLUTION NO. 2014-335
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TRILLION
AVIATION OF AUSTIN, TEXAS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 5, 2014, in the amount of $3,700.00,
for professional services in conjunction with renegotiation of
the expiring car rental leases with Hertz and Avis/Budget at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between Trillion Aviation of
Austin, Texas and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2014.
