RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF ROBERT
AND ROBIN MORELOCK TO PLAT 8.37 ACRES INTO 2
LOTS ZONED "A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT,
LOCATED AT 135 E. AIRLINE HIGHWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of Robert and Robin Morelock to plat 8.37 acres
into 2 lots zoned "A-1" Agricultural District, located at 135 E.
Airline Highway, for the purpose of splitting the existing home
on the property onto a separate lot, be and the same hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2014.
