RESOLUTION NO. 2014-337
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH LOCUS PARTNERSHIP OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated May 5, 2014, for
the acquisition of parcel 8913-26-205-007, located near the
intersection of West 2nd Street and Jefferson Street, in the
amount of $50,000.00, and legally described as follows:
Lot No. Nine (9) in Block No. Four (4) in the Original
Plat on the West Side of the Cedar River in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The Southeasterly One -Half of Lot No. Three (3) in
Block No. Four (4) in the Original Plat, on the West
Side of the Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Lot No. Two (2) in Block No. Four (4) in the Original
Plat, on the West Side of the Cedar River, in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Locus Partnership of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2014.
