RESOLUTION NO. 2014-340
RESOLUTION APPROVING FACILITY USE AGREEMENT
WITH THE GYM CROSSFIT KILO OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Facility Use Agreement dated May 5, 2014, in the amount
of $1,400.00 per month after the first three months, with Kilo
trained activities in existing shell space in the SportsPlex and
allow members to participate at a reduced rate, for the period of
May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2015, by and between The Gym
CrossFit Kilo of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2014.
