RESOLUTION NO. 2014-341
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO ZOLL MEDICAL CORPORATION, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7)
12 -LEAD CARDIAC MONITORS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $185,382.12.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Zoll Medical Corporation, in an amount not
to exceed $185,382.12, in conjunction with the Purchase of Seven
(7) 12 -Lead Cardiac Monitors described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase with
Resolution No. 2014-292, after public hearing on April 28, 2014
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day o ay, 2014.
