RESOLUTION NO. 2014-342
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH
GRUNDY CENTER AND ALLISON AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreements dated May 5, 2014, to provide fire and
emergency medical response services to townships that surround
the City of Waterloo, by and between Grundy Center and Allison
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2014.
