RESOLUTION NO. 2014-362
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated May 12, 2014, in an
amount not to exceed $16,700.00, for design services for the F.Y.
2013 Blowers Creek Storm Water Lift Station and Dry Run Creek
Improvements, Contract No. 842, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
