RESOLUTION NO. 2014-363
RESOLUTION APPROVING RETAINER AGREEMENT WITH
JOHN HALL AND ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Retainer Agreement dated May 12, 2014, in the amount not
to exceed $50,000.00, for purposes of assisting the City in the
handling of EPA/DNR related matters, by and between John Hall and
Associates and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
