RESOLUTION NO. 2014-364
RESOLUTION APPROVING SCHOOL RESOURCE
OFFICERS' AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY
SCHOOL DISTRICT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the School Resource Officers' Agreement dated May 12, 2014,
for the Waterloo Community School District to pay the City
$250,000.00, to provide the assignment of six (6) police officers
in the schools for a period of one year, by and between the
Waterloo Community School District and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
