RESOLUTION NO. 2014-365
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN CITY OF WATERLOO, CITY
OF CEDAR FALLS, AND BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BY DIRECTOR OF SAFETY SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 12, 2014, for the
FY2015 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)
Program funding in the amount of $60,271.00, to be used for the
Tri -County Drug Enforcement Task Force jointly with Black Hawk
County and the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, by and between Black
Hawk County, City of Cedar Falls and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Director of Safety
Services authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
