RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO TRAFFIC CONTROL CORPORATION OF
ANKENY, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF VIDEO DETECTION SYSTEM: I-380
RAMPS AT SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND I-380 AT
MITCHELL AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,625.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Traffic Control Corporation of Ankeny, Iowa,
in the amount of $32,625.00, in conjunction with the Purchase of
Video Detection System: I-380 Ramps at San Marnan Drive and I-380
at Mitchell Avenue described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No.
2014-331, after public hearing on May 5, 2014 on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
