RESOLUTION NO. 2014-367
RESOLUTION APPROVING BOND COUNSEL ENGAGEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH AHLERS & COONEY, P.C. OF DES
MOINES, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Bond Counsel Engagement Agreement dated May 12, 2014,
outlining the terms and conditions under which services will be
rendered as bond counsel for the issuance of bonds, notes, or
other obligations, by and between Ahlers & Cooney, P.C. of Des
Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th da of May, 2014.
