RESOLUTION APPROVING TECHWORKS CAMPUS GRANT
ESCROW AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY TECH
WORKS, INC., DEERE AND COMPANY, FDP WTC, LLC
AND BANKERS TRUST COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the TechWorks Campus Grant Escrow Agreement dated May 12,
2014, to allow the proceeds of the bond issue to be held in
escrow and payments disbursed as approved pay estimates are
received for the redevelopment of the TechWorks campus, by and
between Cedar Valley Tech Works, Inc., Deere and Company, FDP
WTC, LLC and Bankers Trust Company and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
