RESOLUTION NO. 2014-372
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH VIRGIL AND MYGENE CARR AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated May 12, 2014, for
the acquisition of 929 Linden Avenue in the amount of $32,920.00,
and legally described as follows:
Wilbys Addition Lot 1, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Virgil and Mygene Carr and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
