RESOLUTION NO. 2014-373
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT CONTRACT
WITH AMIR AND MIRELA HUSIC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Construction Easement Contract of
the hereinafter described parcel is to allow for roadway
improvements to Kimball Avenue between Tower Park Drive and
Acadia Street, IDOT #STP -U-8155(731)-70-07.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Construction Easement
Contract, by and between Amir and Mirela Husic and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the hereinafter described parcel, all of
which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
State of Iowa, is accepted and approved:

The North 3.00 feet of the West 10.00 feet of Lot 1,
Southaven Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Described parcel contains 30 square feet.

Southaven Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Described parcel contains 20 square feet.
