RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO
DEED OF DEDICATION FOR COUNTRY CLUB BUSINESS
CENTER ADDITION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Second Amendment to the Deed of Dedication dated October 24, 2016, for Country Club
Business Center Addition, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October 2016.
