RESOLUTION NO. 2014-378
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF DEVELOPMENT
OBLIGATIONS WITH CORSTANG ENTERPRISES, LLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID RELEASE BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release of Development Obligations dated May 12, 2014,
to terminate a certain Development Agreement and related Minimum
Assessment Agreement of the same date and to release the
Developer from all obligations under each of said agreements
concerning real property located at 3211 Titan Trail, with the
Developer paying the City the sum of $196,020.00 as reimbursement
for the grant made by the City to the Developer under the
Agreement, by and between Corstang Enterprises, LLC of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2014.
