RESOLUTION NO. 2014-394
RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, SECTION
5.1 PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS, AND
SECTION 5.2 FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, FOR
SILAS KLINGAMAN ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, Section 5.1
Preliminary Plat Requirements, and Section 5.2 Final Plat
Requirements, for Silas Klingaman Addition, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2014.
