RESOLUTION NO. 2014-415
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 27, 2014, at a
cost of 1.5 percent of the funds if awarded, with a maximum cost
of $2,000.00, for the writing, preparation, and submittal of a
grant application for the extension of the Highway 63
recreational trail from Parker Street to Franklin Street
alongside southbound Highway 63, by and between Iowa Northland
Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of May, 2014.
